There is a lot to enjoy about Ministry Brands. Many people are wonderful, and encouraging. But the sales org took a major hit about 6 months ago driven by culture change led at the ELT level. This made a good place to work, an exhausted stressful environment even for a top performer.

Experience was good when I started. A lot of good people in leadership. It’s gone way downhill since then and leadership does nothing to fix problems that keep reps from hitting quota.

Ministry Brands is a Frankenstein of brands and products from across the non profit/church market. They are working hard to become more unified instead of splintered out into legacy brands/processes. It can be VERY difficult to learn the various products in the arsenal. Politics and fair lead flow are also a challenge. Certainly possible to succeed but not...Read More
