My overall experience was horrible. Leadership is awful, the work is awful, so much admin work…. Horrible horrible horrible. If you come from a real sales environment, you will hate staffing.

Decent firm - you can make good money easily due to brand and infrastructure around you. Once senior, the politics will slow top performers down. The commission scheme is also well below industry average, which leads most Top Performers to leave within 3-4 years.

Overall a great place to work. Page gives great opportunities to people who have limited experience but want to learn sales and progress. The challenge comes when you're more experienced, they just don't seem to be competitive on OTE and can lack flexibility as an organisation in terms of working location.
