The challenge comes when you're more experienced, they just don't seem to be competitive on OTE and can lack flexibility as an organisation in terms of working location.

Former Employee2.9Feb 14, 2024Decent firm - you can make good money easily due to brand and infrastructure around you. Once senior, the politics will slow top performers down. The commission scheme is also well below industry average, which leads most Top Performers to leave within 3-4 years.
