They knew where they wanted to go but had no idea how to get there. Every week was a new strategy. No thought beyond, this might work.
I was moved into a new role and on-boarded by a new manager who was also just learning the product.
There new strategy is blaming the reps for underperformance and then fire and hire.
I hope they turn this around.
