I was one of the first North American hires. Our leadership didn’t grow as fast as the company. They knew where they wanted to go but had no idea how to get there. Every week was a new strategy. No thought beyond, this might work. I was moved into a new role and on-boarded by a new manager who was also just learning the product. There new strategy is blaming the reps for underperformance and then fire and hire. I hope they turn this around.

No commission structure. Not able to find its footing yet in the North American market. Emphasis on culture and fit over performance and results.
