Although senior leadership is coming in and doing good things for the business (Ex: Partners program) they do not care about anyone at the company and are really driving culture in the opposite direction of what it once was. Former Employee2.3Oct 11, 2024Overall would say it's a tough gig, you're expected to do the 360 sales role, sourcing your own leads, developing them and then closing, all whilst hitting key KPI's hich are set quite high.
