Que Dallara has ruined Medtronic Diabetes. The changes made in her tenure have proven leadership does not value patients, sales reps, or support staff. She hopes experienced employees will all leave due to the changes made, and will never realize this is why the company is still failing under her leadership.

A great company, but like any, it has its challenges. Won’t make the most money here, but let’s put it this way. During covid they didn’t touch anyone employed and continued to pay out bonuses without hitting quota. That’s pretty remarkable.
