Medtronic ENT is the leader in Navigation and nerve monitoring but I left because the products were falling apart. A lot of issues with the NIM and there isn’t much you can do as a rep to fix it besides just stand there and get yelled at. A ton of back order issues and leadership is currently being overhauled.

The company was great to work for but I really disliked working in the CRM division. The work life balance was terrible and I don’t think I was fairly compensated for it. After two years the next step up wasn’t until 7 years. They made annual raises difficult to hit exceeds on most categories meaning you were fighting to match inflation.
