Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Company products were decent. Medtronic set the standard in the space. However, other companies began to innovate in a way a company the size of Medtronic, could not. Customers trained in MDT products often continued to use them. So customers out of fellowship were often new business. The strongest thing this company has going for it is a strong procedural suite of implants and capital to fully provide for customer needs. Another would be that in an environment where vendors are more and more consolidated within hospital systems, Medtronic will always be on contract and capable of meeting needs.
