The company was great to work for but I really disliked working in the CRM division. The work life balance was terrible and I don’t think I was fairly compensated for it. After two years the next step up wasn’t until 7 years. They made annual raises difficult to hit exceeds on most categories meaning you were fighting to match inflation.

My overall experience is that culture is good depending on the division you are in. Work life balance better in certain divisions. Lots of development opportunities and strong focus on IDE

Company products were decent. Medtronic set the standard in the space. However, other companies began to innovate in a way a company the size of Medtronic, could not. Customers trained in MDT products often continued to use them. So customers out of fellowship were often new business.
