Great place to start but I wouldn’t necessarily stay here long term mobility is nonexistent and the pay is significantly lower than other companies in the market

Medtronic is too focused on diversity and inclusion and not focused enough on profits. Our incentive plan does not motivate reps. We are underpaid and overworked.
