Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience may be unique to the division of MDT that I work in. Often times I feel that I am in this line of work alone, though I work in a team environment. This is due to the cut throat culture that exist here where anyone will throw you under the bus and management does not truly care about development unless you are willing to give up your personal time outside of work. They will low ball you when offering a position and frown upon you asking for your worth. What they pay you is grossly under their expectation of you and the amount of time they ask of you.
