Company did a great job with training but the incentive structure could have been much better. Hours were all over the place, expect to work weekends and evenings all the time

Company products were decent. Medtronic set the standard in the space. However, other companies began to innovate in a way a company the size of Medtronic, could not. Solid company. Current market forces creating headwinds in some product groups. Company has been aggressive around DEI, and they are a great place to interview with if you are female and or black, Asian, Latino, etc. Openly preferential to these groups in HR.

They care more about hitting rankings of top 100 than actually doing the job. Overall I work with great people but everyone is having to manage up to win. We are constantly distracted by corporate from doing our sales roles.
