They care more about hitting rankings of top 100 than actually doing the job. Overall I work with great people but everyone is having to manage up to win. We are constantly distracted by corporate from doing our sales roles.

Company products were decent. Medtronic set the standard in the space. However, other companies began to innovate in a way a company the size of Medtronic, could not.
