Que Dallara has ruined Medtronic Diabetes. The changes made in her tenure have proven leadership does not value patients, sales reps, or support staff. She hopes experienced employees will all leave due to the changes made, and will never realize this is why the company is still failing under her leadership.

They care more about hitting rankings of top 100 than actually doing the job. Overall I work with great people but everyone is having to manage up to win. We are constantly distracted by corporate from doing our sales roles.
