Former Employee4.4Oct 4, 2024The company was great to work for but I really disliked working in the CRM division. The work life balance was terrible and I don’t think I was fairly compensated for it. After two years the next step up wasn’t until 7 years. They made annual raises difficult to hit exceeds on most categories meaning you were fighting to match inflation.

Current Employee3.7Dec 17, 2023Overall Medtronic is a great company. Products are best in class but sometimes the size of the organization works against and not for the sellers. We haven’t figured out how to leverage our scale to maximum efficiency.
