Margins are often tight, sometimes even negative so average commission percentage was 2 percent. In addition the house draw is aggressive. My house draw currently eats 85% of my commissions. So even at plan (hitting quota) I’d make 64k in commission for the year. Medline pockets our commissions...Read More
