Nails on the chalkboard with turnover. Need to expand to other markets, then will be very profitable. No urgency to do so, uneducated VC directives who are completely out of touch what's happening on the ground floor.

My overall experience started great in the Middle of 2021. Since then, things have significantly gone downhill. New leadership was brought in, which is what drove me away.
