Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience started great in the Middle of 2021. Since then, things have significantly gone downhill. New leadership was brought in, which is what drove me away. Having no understanding of healthcare operations and trying to push the company as SaaS when the actual product is clinical professionals is a major disconnect. Sales is limited to markets that they have enough clinical professionals in, with no attempt at market expansion, limiting reps to no pipeline updates for over 13 months and leadership getting angry that entire pipelines have said "no, we're not interested," for the past year are still saying they're not interested, and then blaming the reps.
Less than 10% of all Account Executives are hitting quota, and the ones that are, are only doing so because of inbound leads that aren't fairly distributed. Toxic environment with no room for growth and incredibly unrealistic expectations.
