How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

Interview Process:
I first discovered Medasource at my college's career fair and had the chance to schedule a conversation with them, submitting my resume at the same time. About a week later, I had a 30-minute meeting with an internal recruiter on campus. Things progressed well, and I was invited to travel to the company's headquarters in Indianapolis for an extensive onsite interview. During this multi-hour interview, I had the opportunity to meet with a director, a VP, and other supportive individuals. To my surprise, I was even invited to join the President of the company for a lunch or happy hour session. Eventually, I received an offer, which I gladly accepted.

It's worth noting that the current process has evolved, and now internal recruiters proactively reach out to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. The subsequent steps include phone calls and virtual interviews with leadership based in Indianapolis and wherever your target market is, you'll speak with that leadership/Regional Director as well.

Training Process:
Once the offer is accepted, there's a requirement to relocate to Indianapolis for approximately six months of comprehensive training. The company provides amazing, fully furnished apartments free of charge during this training period. The training itself is renowned as the best in the industry, pushing participants to grow and develop skills that will be valuable throughout their careers, whether with Medasource or elsewhere.
