Amazing. The leadership and support are awesome. The compensation is good. Commissions are transparent and communicated clearly.

Very good place for a 31 year old who never had a sales job to learn the role with decent entry level pay. I was previously a teacher so the background in education is helpful. However, raises are hard to come by and advancement in the company is tough without adding huge amounts of travel.
