Marketstar is an amazing entry level workplace. I never thought I would be doing marketing/advertising on social media, but turns out I am great at it. Going from $40,000 a year to 6 figures in 2 years was amazing. The base pay is bad, but once you learn the in's and out's of the job, you can really generate some bonus/commissions. I was on track to hit $110,000 this year, but everyone else is probably more around $50,000-$65,000.

Sales as a service org, capped earnings due to contract sales work pay varies between contract, consistently under market average but compensates with culture, benefits and opportunities to sell for on a unique variety of Brands and try a lot of sales different roles.
