My overall experience was largely focused on growth. Marketstar is a great company for beginners in the industry to not only get their footing but grow in Sales and Account Management. The culture is lively and growth oriented but at the sacrifice of fair market compensation. It is a great company for growth opportunities, at the individual level or if you are looking for lateral growth but not a long-term company to invest your skills in.
