Lied about OTE. Management is clueless with no selling experience. Pay is laughable, and the director of my program constantly made inappropriate advances.

Toxic leaders are rampant. Only the toxic get promoted. It's strange that top performers are consistently overlooked for advancement.

My overall experience has been positive with MarketStar. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and development and they want you to succeed. They give you a full tech-stack of tools to work with and leaders to learn from. Great for building your career.

It was a good entry level channel sales job and helped me make connections and build my resume. It doesn't seem like they want to promote but rather get talent in, have them work for 2 years and then move on to a different role.
