As a contractor based model organization, you’ll never reach big money in your roles as an IC at Marketstar. What you do get though is time worked for Fortune 500 clients that you can use on your resume for future job seeking opportunities. Career trajectory is encouraged in the path of management, abslytics or training however be aware all roles are highly competitive and contested.

Third party vendor for sales and CS teams. I had much larger base pay than average employees, so be aware pay is very sub standard. Great for entry level.

My overall experience was good- it wasn't MarketStars fault what happened, and they tried to make the transition smooth for everyone impacted. Leadership was fantastic and benefits were amazing.
