Pros: Great training; awesome leadership; 10/10 culture; product market fit; growing company; cool product; very intelligent founders; solid direction. You simply will not find a more brilliant and inspiring team of people. If they can keep hiring the right employees, our growth will be limitless. The founders are wildly intelligent and have a crystal clear direction for this company—they are fully invested and very inspirational. VP of Sales knows his stuff and knows how to put people first—a rare leader. BDR managers in both Canada and the U.S. are the same—you couldn’t formulate a better group of managers if you tried. It sounded too good to be true, but it really isn’t. In our U.S. office, the BDR team is rock solid and on fire—thanks to the pros listed above.
Cons: Base is a bit on the low side. OTE could be bumped, as well. Sales incentives and commission structure could be improved, and I am confident they will be as the company grows. (From BDR perspective.)
Important to note: SDRs are inbound motion; BDRs are outbound motion.
