Back to ReviewsFormer Employee When I was there, MURAL was hiring nonstop for SDRs without training the ones they had. They had little to no training for their SDRs, and we even had a sales leader with no SaaS sales experience. The culture was a little bro-ish at times. The SDR and AE teams did not work well together at all, this includes the managers from both sides. Most of the AEs did not want to work with the SDRs and instead preferred self-sourced opportunities. There was little path to promotion, and some individuals who were more than qualified and who the SDR managers wanted to be promoted were not promoted. Browse Other Reviews
