Really did not enjoy my experience. Management was one that led by fear and lies. Despite raising concerns to HR, this way of leading was encouraged.

Great leadership, especially from our CPO. If people are harassing others they will not last long here, big fan of MNTN's protection of their people. As an SDR you have a decent number of tools and ops is expanding our tech. Flexible gig. I recommend having sales experience before onboarding here.

It was very stressful and difficult to hit quota. They don't really care about you, just want you to book demos.
