Dated tech, no investment in R&D, leadership issues. Commission structure was rough and leadership played favorites with who got special approvals. Company looks to be cutting bait with a lot of initiatives, and is shrinking while the aesthetics market is growing.

Great company with the normal ups and downs that come with leadership changes and market fluctuations. Prefer to promote from within. Best products in the industry but poor investment into marketing compared to the other top companies.
