Lucas is a wonderful company. I held two positions there over 6+ years - one as VP of Alliances and one as Account Executive. The culture is value-driven and focused on customer success. Many opportunities to learn and succeed. Lucas is not a large organization so it's critical that you are entrepreneurial in nature and willing to work hard.

Lucas is not a real software company in the sense of how it's run. It's embarrassing to work there as the CEO micromanages every detail and the product requires custom engineering for every deployment. Aging technology and antiquated views of how to operate combined with Christian values and dated operating principles.

Great VP of sales, his MO is to help us hit our goals. Product has incredibly good ROI. Can’t wait for what this next year will bring. CEO micromanages but has a lot of trust in our VP.
