They don't have any growth plans when it comes to BDRs or AEs to move onto different roles and have kept majority of their team stagnant for the past 1.5 years. Deal cycles have increased by a large amount of time and in additional majority of people are burnt out.
Made some new changes from a CRO and CPO prospective which is good to see, but sales leadership is completely misaligned and are not held accountable. Out of all my years in sales, this organization is the most disorganized.
