Loved the company and grew a ton professionally while making solid money! I only left after being recruited by someone in my network with an opportunity in a different industry and a more aggressive compensation structure, but I've brought a lot of my knowledge in learned leadership, values, and sales education with me.

Base comp is extremely low compared to other agencies. Coworkers and management are good.
