Over the past few years benefits have been taken away and moral has dropped significantly. Quotas keep getting placed pretty high but due to the pricing structure those quotas are not met.

Great incentive structure, great base compensation, not sure where the organization wants to go from a product perspective, Leadership is righting the ship from constant changes from previous leadership, sales and marketing completely disconnected, channel program needs some fine tuning (headed by MSP leadership which creates headwinds for enterprise teams)

Quota is unattainable with so many variables in order to hit full attainment you need to be a math genius to figure it out. High price. Marketing is terrible, most reps dont come close to hitting goal. Mgmt doesnt seemed concerned with this. Typical for a Vista owned PE firm
