Laid off the entire BDR team twice and recently fired half and promoted the other half. I would not recommend it at all for an early career as there are better places where they promote and do not just lay you...Read More

The team is full of people who work hard, the tech stack is good for SDRs (my last company I could only get 20% of prospects), and the sales leaders are very transparent. It's a startup, so of course there is the startup hustle that's needed, but SDRs can get very well paid here if they put in the work.
