There has been massive layoffs (twice), sales executives have left or been asked to leave, and no one is hitting thier number. That number is a pipe dream the C-suite cooked up btw.

Product is a nice to have, great base pay, but with the way the product sells the commission structure should be changed as only 3 reps a quarter hit quota
