Limble has a lot going for it, but doesn’t have the substantial leadership or support to really accelerate the company right now. The sales reps are underpaid due to being underfed and it’s a tough time to be a rep at Limble for this reason. I’m fond of the company, especially their core values, but as a whole they are really struggling to deliver on unrealistic quotas and targets which is ultimately setting the whole org to fail. Until they can really work out the kinks they are facing right now I would not recommend anyone join the company as it stands presently.

If you are an AE looking to hit your OTE, turn away. There are too many AE's without en equal distribution of leads. The top AE's at the company are not hitting their OTE.
