Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall, Limble CMMS is a good company, but like any place, it’s not perfect. When I first started, everything was about how important the culture was and how differently they treated people. Now, it feels much more corporate.
There’s ZERO training here. The only consistent thing is change—your KPIs and processes are constantly shifting. I’ve lost count of how many times they promised leads, like “200 leads a month for outbound,” but it never happened. Yet, people were still penalized or even fired for not hitting quota.
It’s hard to believe the new changes will make a difference because, like I said, give it a few days, and there will probably be a new process anyway! Browse Other Reviews
