I really like the team in my pocket. Unfortunately, the recent shift in leadership marks a rapid decline in culture quality. The new VP of sales is completely out of touch. Micro-management is her answer to everything and has yet to provide any tangible value a full quarter into her new role. No amount of activity is good enough, and the AE team might as well be SDRs with the new expectations. All PTO requests are heavily scrutinized and frowned upon. Managers are paranoid and wound so tight their stress is palpable on every team call. The org is in decline as top performers are starting to jump ship. Really sad to see.

My overall experience was just ok. Level has a good product for the accessibility space. It was a lot of moving parts that hopefully they get right. It should be noted for anyone looking to join, that in 2023 only 1 sales rep made quota out of 30 plus. That mid market and enterprise sales.

Sadly, since the merger, the culture has completely changed. The change management has been handled poorly and the training is lacking for new procedures and expectations aren’t clearly defined. The compensation is higher than market and fantastic. The unlimited PTO is genuine. The rapid growth has meant a more top down pressure that is affecting morale.
