I loved the challenge and goal of the company however sales was often blamed for revenue shortfalls (without questioning marketing, product, etc). Goals, priorities, and our ICP constantly shifted. Sales people rarely (if ever hit goal).
Leadership had a ton of ego (even for a tech start up).
