A great organization with great culture and workers. The only downsides are that the compensation is low, and room for growth title-wise is slim.

Learning Pool is better than most remote SDR jobs out there. The tools were pretty good except for data which is horrible as of 2024. The managment was decent and there are some opportunities for upward mobility to AE or CSM role.

I love the company the culture is great the product is amazing and their sales engineer and content development team is amazing. Legal Team will answer any question from anyone. And they give you all the tools you need to become a successful SDR. Unfortunately all of the credit goes to the AE. The SDR team is overwhelmed and sales pressure is high.
