The incentive for this position in Orlando was a joke and disrespectful for anyone who considered themselves a sales professional. This led to a high turnover within the sales department in Orlando because no one was being motivated to do anything.

Audit Associate, Audit Senior Associate Worked on private audits of RE/PE VC firms comp is meh, and promotion structure is linear through senior manager. Great if you love audit, not great if you don't enjoy accounting.
