I had an extremely poor experience. I can say with 100% certainty that any positive reviews left here are fake. Extremely weak leadership. Threw away a product customers loved and forced them to pay significantly more for a product they hated. Annual customer churn rate had to have been >30% for the last 2-3 years. Disaster.

Leadership is a bit challenging to work with and the product is very unreliable. Current customers are a challenge to deal with and retain. There is a product need/fit in the marketplace but inbound leads are few and far between.
