Sales leadership was changed and people stopped hitting their quotas. Products were released that were not fully ready or wanted. Over all in the end the experience was not good.

Current Employee2.1Mar 21, 2024Poor overall experience. Zero training, but still want you to hit 50% in your first month with no support or framework for success. PIPs are threatened regularly to leverage you to run harder even if they have no intent of actually putting you on one. You are supposed to burn it down every month, and carrying any sort of pipe is seen as sandbagging.
