Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Real Estate Sales for this company, as a solo agent like me, is purely based on ability to generate your own lead pipeline, utilize a CRM to follow up and convert to active buyers/sellers, convert those to contracts and then convert the contracts to closings. The hardest thing is lead gen. If you can find a lead gen strategy that produces 1-2 qualified leads every day, you'll always be in business.
The next hardest part is learning what to do. KW does a good job of pointing you in the right direction. But, the advice I give every. single. new. agent. is to join a team. Period. Give it one year on a team that will provide leads, education, and after that time you should have done 30+ deals. This will allow you to make the decision to go it alone or to stay on that team or move to a different team or a different role even. I didn't do it because I had clients lined up to do business before I got licensed and it was the single biggest mistake of my career. I should have traded 60% of those 5 deals for 25 deals a year.
