Solid company to learn and start your career in real estate, however it is a full commission job with no base salary so that can definitely not be a fit for everyone. The upside is however that dependent on your deal size, you have the potential to make a ton of money via commission.

Overall, I did enjoy my time with Keller Williams. I was on a team so I think going forward I would recommend going solo. Start on a team if you need leads or direct help but once you get in the swing of things you can just be a solo agent and save the money you're paying out of your commission to your team.
