Real Estate Sales for this company, as a solo agent like me, is purely based on ability to generate your own lead pipeline, utilize a CRM to follow up and convert to active buyers/sellers, convert those to contracts and then convert the contracts to closings. Overall, I did enjoy my time with Keller Williams. I was on a team so I think going forward I would recommend going solo. Start on a team if you need leads or direct help but once you get in the swing of things you can just be a solo agent and save the money you're paying out of your commission to your team.
