My overall experience was the company isn't close enough to it's numbers, churn, and sales future. They've gone through 3 layoffs and rehires since I left because they're owned by PE and every time they churn a big client or miss their number by too much in a quarter, they lay off. The people are great, the sales leader, Cameron, is fantastic as a person and boss, COO and CEO are great now...hopefully they've turned that ship around

Beware of this organization. An enormous amount of smoke and mirrors. They hire and fire faster than any organization I have ever seen. Goals are missed regularly, and they continue to bring new people on and ship them out in their first 6 months. This has happened to multiple people already.
