They dangle the hope of staying 2 years to achieve your retention bonus - even though that money is yours from the low base salary anyway - but they make your life so hard with all of the old school out of touch micromanagement and activity metrics that you will never stay for it. Product is okay, it’s a must have for MSPs but there’s a lot of competition and the value of integrations doesn’t always sell itself.
