My overall experience has been enjoyable because of the people. The recent restructuring seems to pave less professional development pathways for newly tenured employees. This job has no work from home flexibility.

Great if you have extreme tenacity. Logistics is very hard right now for small companies so I might not recommend to newer reps with no sales experience whatsoever.

This company has let go as many people as it hired. The industry is dying and their compensation structure was poor.

It was a great start for the first 6 months, then it started to decline and was told by leadership that it was going to get better. Unfortunately... it only got worse with a bunch of firings, demoting, and pay cuts.
