My overall experience was very bad. Poor management, Comp quota, and bunch of false promises and lies during interviews, and ramp up. A lot of micro management and changes internally including demotion, promotion of leaders friends, and lack of honesty to customers, and prospect. My overall experience has been enjoyable because of the people. The recent restructuring seems to pave less professional development pathways for newly tenured employees. This job has no work from home flexibility.

It was a great start for the first 6 months, then it started to decline and was told by leadership that it was going to get better. Unfortunately... it only got worse with a bunch of firings, demoting, and pay cuts.
