My overall experience was very bad. Poor management, Comp quota, and bunch of false promises and lies during interviews, and ramp up. A lot of micro management and changes internally including demotion, promotion of leaders friends, and lack of honesty to customers, and prospect. One good side, was the coworkers within the organization, people are willing to help and communicate sometime on their experience to help you be better.

Great if you have extreme tenacity. Logistics is very hard right now for small companies so I might not recommend to newer reps with no sales experience whatsoever.

It was a great start for the first 6 months, then it started to decline and was told by leadership that it was going to get better. Unfortunately... it only got worse with a bunch of firings, demoting, and pay cuts.
